Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the A.K & Broda's Enterprise website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Definitions

• "Company" refers to A.K & Broda's Enterprise
• "Service" refers to our website, products, and related services
• "User," "you," and "your" refers to the individual accessing our service
• "Products" refers to motorcycles, spare parts, and accessories we sell

Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access our website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on our website
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

Product Information and Pricing

We strive to provide accurate product information and pricing. However:

• All prices are subject to change without notice
• Product specifications may vary slightly from descriptions
• Colors may appear differently due to monitor settings
• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors

Orders and Payment

Order Acceptance

Your receipt of an order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order.

Payment Terms

• Payment is required at the time of order placement
• We accept cash, mobile money, and bank transfers
• For cash on delivery, payment is due upon receipt of goods
• All prices are in Ghana Cedis (GHS)

Delivery and Risk of Loss

Delivery terms:

• Free delivery within Tamale and immediate surrounding areas
• Delivery charges apply for locations outside our free delivery zone
• Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed
• Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery
• You must inspect goods upon delivery and report any issues immediately

Warranty and Returns

Product Warranty

All motorcycles and parts come with manufacturer warranty as specified:

• Motorcycles: 12-month comprehensive warranty
• Spare parts: 6-month warranty on defects
• Warranty covers manufacturing defects only
• Warranty is void for misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications

Returns Policy

Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

• Items must be returned within 7 days of purchase
• Items must be in original condition and packaging
• Proof of purchase required
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
• Motorcycles cannot be returned once delivered and set up

User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Immediately notifying us of any unauthorized use
• Keeping your account information up to date

Prohibited Uses

You may not use our service:

• For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to unlawful acts
• To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
• To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others
• To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate
• To submit false or misleading information

Limitation of Liability

In no case shall A.K & Broda's Enterprise, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers, or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless A.K & Broda's Enterprise and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, consultants, agents, and representatives from any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees).

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ghana, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the Northern Region of Ghana.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
